Grange Veterinary Surgery is set to undergo a £400,000 expansion to create a modern, vibrant surgery. The practice in Norton Road is seeking planning permission to double the size of the building so it can improve the service offered to pet owners across Teesside. The plans, which will go before Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, have been drawn up by Durham architects Howarth & Litchfield, while the building work will be put out to tender.
